Group Class Descriptions


Cycling
 – A cardio –focused class, Group Cycling is led by instructor who will guide participants through a “ride” – which can be a flat road, hills, mountains or all of the above.  Cycling is great winter training for road cyclists or a low impact option for runners.

WaterART – WaterART fitness classes utilize the awesome properties of water to give participants a low-impact workout with less stress on the joints.  Deep Water classes utilize a belt to assist with buoyancy.  Classes offered seasonally late May – Labor Day.

Cardio Dance – A fun way to exercise!  Classes are offered once a week.
