We are here to make sure that you don’t have to worry about a thing on your special day, and our experienced courteous staff is trained to carry out any requests you and your guests may have.

      Alamance Country Club offers our Heritage ballroom for wedding ceremonies with a double fireplace to ensure a cozy environment. Just a few feet away from your ceremony our elegant grand ballroom will be the perfect area for you to celebrate your wedding in style.

    • When can I come and tour Alamance Country Club?
      Our Event Coordinator, Whitney Rutter would be more than happy to schedule you for a tour. She is available on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Feel free to contact her at (336) 639-5373 or at [email protected]

      Can I bring food from an outside vendor?
      Our venue is well equipped to serve you and your guests. We provide plated, buffet, and a variety of food station options on our menu. We do not provide outside catering other than bakery items for special events (cake/cupcakes).

      Is there a dressing area for the bridal and groomsmen party?
      Alamance Country Club provides 2 separate locations for different members of the wedding party to get ready in. These convenient locations are equipped with an abundance of space, lighting, and storage.

      What is included with the room rental?
      Included in our room rental, we will provide the following: tables, chairs, china, glassware, silverware, and basic linens.

      Are there any decoration restrictions?
      We are not limited to room décor. We respectively ask that no decorations that can cause damage to the walls, ceilings, floors, or our furniture is used. The host of the event is responsible for third-party arrangements for decorating and for the removal of these décor items.
