When and how often to get a massage varies from person to person.  You may want to schedule one just before or after a stressful event to cultivate a calm state of mind or help you recover.  If you are in crisis or have an injury due to repetitive use and want to reverse the effects of long-term stress, you might schedule a series of massages.  If you feel you are under so much pressure you can't afford to relax, or if the thought of being "soothed" seems unwelcome, this may be the time you most need to strengthen your reserves.  By making massage a regular part of your life you can experience ongoing cumulative effects of reduced muscle tension, increased vitatlity, and a calmer state of mind.  Massage has the potential to restore physically, metally and spiritually.

      Swedish Massage
Swedish massage incorporates a variety of long flowing massage strokes specifically designed to relax muscles.  This massage is ideal for stress or fatigue, fibromyalgia, or for heart conditions where relaxtion is even more critical.  A minimum of 60 minutes is needed for true relaxation. 90 Minutes/$100  | 60 Minutes/$75 | 30 Minute/$55

      Deep Muscle Massage
This is a muscle specific massage technique for relieving pain in deeper layers of muscle tissue.  The purpose is to release chronic patterns of tension in the body and is ideal for people with a history of back surgeries, scoliosis or repetitive use syndrome.  90 Minutes/$100 | 60 Minutes/$75  | 30 Minutes/$55

      Prenatal Massage
Expectant moms experience unique physical and emotional changes that occur as a result of increased weight, shifting posture, and adjusting hormone levels.  While this is a beautiful period of heightened expectation and joy, mothers-to-be also endure heightened physical discomfort that ranges from muscular tension and headaches to pressure on the knees.  Taking time for yourself during pregnancy can be uplifting emotionally.  The soothing essence of massage allows pregnant moms to unwind and feel serene, healthy, and comforted during the period of added physical and emotional stress.

      Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy helps with the mobilization of soft tissue.  It brings more blood flow to the area, lifts up the muscles, and creates more space between the muscle tissue.  Cupping can help enhance the ability to recover after a workout and can even help with scar tissue.
